NOTICE: ANNUAL FALL FIRE HYDRANT FLUSHING

In our continuing effort to provide clean, safe drinking water, water mains in the following communities will be flushed October 2, 2023, through October 20, 2023, per the following schedule:

City of East Tawas            October 2^nd- October 6, 2023
City of Tawas City             October 9^th - October 13, 2023
Baldwin Twp                      October 16^th  – October 20, 2023

Discolored water and lower water pressure may be encountered during this process. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your water department. Your cooperation and understanding is appreciated. 

The City of East Tawas begins valve turning two weeks prior to flushing hydrants.
