In accordance with Gov. Gretchen Whitmer and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services’ recommendations designed to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) and the current Executive Order declaring public bodies subject to the Open Meetings Act can use telephone or video conferencing technology to meet and conduct business, the East Planning Commission will hold a public hearing during an electronic meeting via telephone/video conferencing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 27, 2020.

The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on proposed amendments to Article X.
