The City of East Tawas is seeking proposals for the residential development of Lots 12-38 of the Eastland No. Two Platted Subdivision located in the northeast quadrant of N. Tawas Lake Road and Airport Road. Proposal requirements and property information are available at City Hall.

Development proposals will be evaluated based on the beneficial impacts to the City. The proposed schedule of implementation and the anticipated participation by the City will be primary factors in the decision-making process.

Proposals will be received at East Tawas City Hall, 760 Newman Street, East Tawas, Michigan until Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 4:00pm. The City has a local preference policy and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, whichever is deemed in the best interest of the City.
