Kelly has been with the City of East Tawas since September 2016.  She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Saginaw Valley State University.
She earned her State of Michigan Library Certification Level 3 in 2017.





Kim Ewing
Part-time Library Assistant

Kim has been with the City of East Tawas since August 2016. She Graduated from Harry S. Truman High School in Taylor, Michigan.  She also graduated from Livonia's Ross Medical Education Center Medical Transcription program.  Kim is a long-time resident of the Tawas area. Kim earned her State of Michigan Library Certification Level 4 in 2018.
