City Hall

	Ronald J. Leslie City Manager Ron has been with the City of East Tawas since 1975 and has been the City Manager since 1992. He graduated from Tawas Area High School in 1967 and received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University in 1972. He has also completed Central Michigan University’s Executive Leadership Program. Ron is a member of the Michigan Local Government Management Association.
	Blinda A. Baker Clerk/Treasurer Blinda has been with the City of East Tawas since November 1985. She graduated from Tawas Area High School in 1970 and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education from Michigan State University in 1974. Blinda is a Certified Public Finance Administrator, Master Municipal Clerk, Certified Public Funds Investment Manager, Michigan Certified Professional Treasurer, and Registered Parliamentarian. She is a member of the Michigan Municipal Treasurers Association, Association of Public Treasurers of the United States and Canada, Michigan Association of Municipal Clerks, International Institute of Municipal Clerks, Michigan Government Finance Officers Association, Michigan State Association of Parliamentarians, and the National Association of Parliamentarians.
	Julie Potts Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Julie has been with the City of East Tawas since August 2004. She graduated from Tawas Area High School in 1978 and received an Associate Degree in Secretarial Science from Northwood Institute in 1980. She is a member of the Michigan Municipal Treasurers Association, Association of Public Treasurers of the United States and Canada and the Michigan Association of Municipal Clerks.
	Stephanie Loew Water and Sewer Administrative Clerk Stephanie has been with the City of East Tawas since November 2011. She graduated from Tawas Area High School in 2005 and is in the process of receiving an Executive Assisants Degree from Alpena Community College.
	Brigette Wolgast Part-time Office Clerk Brigette has been with the City of East Tawas since September 1992. She is a 1977 graduate of Tawas Area High School.
	Helen Pasakarnis Tax Increment Finance Authority Director Helen has been with the City of East Tawas since December 2006. She has a Bachelor Degree in Journalism and English from California State University, Northridge. Helen is a member of Develop Iosco, Inc., Great Lakes Small Harbor Coalition, and Sunrise Coast Coalition.
	Rhonda L. Sells City Assessor Rhonda has been with the City of East Tawas since October 2008 and was previously with the City from February to November in 2006. She is a Certified Michigan Assessing Officer - Level 2, Certified Personal Property Examiner, and has a Real Estate Salesperson License. Rhonda is a member of the Michigan Assessors Association, Michigan Municipal League, and Northeast Michigan Assessor’s Association.

Luann Elvey

Librarian

Luann began working part-time for the City of East Tawas in 1997 and was hired as Librarian in 1998. She graduated from H.H. Dow High School in Midland, Michigan in 1978 and the Michael Reese Hospital School of Nursing in Chicago, Illinois in 1981. She was awarded the State of Michigan Library Certification Level 4 (formerly Level VII) in1999. Luann is a member of the American Library Association, the Michigan Library Association and the Michigan Health Sciences Libraries Association.

	Michael Thompson Part-Time Maintenance Worker Mike has been with the East Tawas Housing Commission since April 2007. He graduated from Tawas Area High School in 2004.

Department of Public Works

	Thomas Lixey Department of Public Works Superintendent Tom has been with the City of East Tawas since May 1970 when he began working for the former East Tawas Water Treatment Plant. He then began working for the Department of Public Works and became the Superintendent in 1993.
	Robert Albosta Department of Public Works Foreman and Senior Equipment Operator Bob has been with the City since March 1983. He graduated from Tawas Area High School in 1966 and attended Delta College. Bob has a S-3 water distribution license.
	Rodney Collier Department of Public Works Senior Equipment Operator Rodney has been with the City of East Tawas since February 2000. He graduated from Tawas Area High School in 1983 and attended Saginaw Valley State University. Rodney has a S-3 water distribution license.
	Jeffrey Seyfried Department of Public Works Equipment Operator Jeff has been with the City of East Tawas since June 2003. He graduated from Grand Blanc High School in 1992 and attended Saginaw Valley State University. Jeff is the DPW Safety Coordinator and a member of the Tawas City Fire Department.
	Michael Blust Department of Public Works Equipment Operator Mike has been with the City of East Tawas since January 2006. He graduated from Tawas Area High School in 1986 and attended Delta College.
	Kenneth Jordan Department of Public Works Equipment Operator Ken has been with the City of East Tawas since January 2006. He graduated from Tawas Area High School in 1989 and attended Ameritech Colleges Inc. and received a Building Services Technician diploma in 1990.

Park

	Keith Frank Park Manager Keith has been with the City of East Tawas since May 1975 and became Park Manager in 1992. He graduated from Tawas Area High School in 1973 and received an Associate Degree in Natural Resources from Kirtland Community College in 1975. Keith is District Commissioner of the Michigan Amateur Softball Association and a member of the Executive Committee and Past President of that Association.
	Robert (Butch) Short Assistant Park Manager Butch has been with the City of East Tawas since June 1992. He graduated from Tawas Area High School in 1969 and received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Central Michigan University’s School of Health, Physical Education and Recreation in 1973.
	Henry Proper Park Maintenance Henry has been with the City of East Tawas since October 1987. He graduated from Tawas Area High School in 1979.
